Reward and recognition
Recognition is a key part of Nexans culture. Incentives support high performance and engagement, leading to value creation. The "Living our Nexans Values" Scheme seeks to recognise and reward examples of work and behaviours that actively demonstrate our values.
Nexans Remarkable People is an annual recognition program for all the Group’s colleagues. This program was launched in 2016 and has become an important annual event, highlighting the many outstanding contributions by individuals and teams from all locations, businesses or functions. It mobilises several hundreds of colleagues each year.
The main objective of the program is to honour colleagues having displayed innovative or outstanding behaviours which embody one of our Values.
These could also include change management actions towards the new Nexans. The winners are selected made by the members of Nexans Executive Committee, from a shortlist provided by the Award Selection Committee.
